1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

97hi77 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time. We may request copies of government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide the requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on 97hi77. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, all accounts may be closed and any pending withdrawal requests suspended pending investigation.

3. Account Management and Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 97hi77 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 97hi77 immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and, where appropriate, take steps to secure the account. During the investigation period, access to the account and any associated funds may be temporarily restricted.

97hi77 reserves the right to close inactive accounts. An account is considered inactive if it has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Players will be notified by email prior to any account closure, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method subject to standard identity verification.

4. Acceptable Use of the Platform

By using 97hi77, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to interact with the platform on your behalf without human supervision.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through the exploitation of a technical error are void and will be recovered from your account balance.
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Using the platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.

97hi77 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in Bangladesh and internationally. Any account associated with suspicious or criminal activity will be frozen immediately pending investigation, and all relevant information will be disclosed to the appropriate authorities as required by applicable law.

5. Deposits

97hi77 accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 97hi77's discretion without prior notice.

Deposits are credited to your 97hi77 account balance in real time, subject to payment provider processing times. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. If a deposit is received from an account not registered in your name, 97hi77 reserves the right to void any associated winnings and return the deposit to the originating account.

97hi77 does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own fees, which are your responsibility. If a deposit is returned due to a payment provider error, any associated bonus that was triggered by the deposit will be voided.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the cashier section of your 97hi77 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: bKash, Nagad and Rocket withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to four (4) hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays, or where additional identity verification is required.

Before processing any withdrawal, 97hi77 may request identity verification documentation. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering procedure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the Player. Requested documents must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days; failure to do so will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and returned to the account balance.

Withdrawal requests may be declined where the Player's account has an outstanding bonus wagering requirement that has not been met, where there are grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, or where the account is subject to an active investigation.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published at the time of the promotion:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed in full.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited, after which any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet toward the wagering requirement. 8. Game Rules and Betting

All games and betting markets available on 97hi77 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface or market listing. In the event of any conflict between a game's specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules take precedence for matters relating solely to gameplay outcomes.

97hi77 reserves the right to void bets or game rounds in the following circumstances: where a technical malfunction affects the integrity of the game or market; where a bet is placed after the official result is known (late bet); where there is clear evidence of match-fixing or result manipulation; or where the odds or pricing displayed were the result of a manifest technical error.

Winnings from sports betting are calculated based on the final official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.). Where a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or otherwise does not reach completion, 97hi77 will apply the void/refund rules applicable to the specific sport, as published in the Sports Betting Rules document available on the platform.

The maximum payout on a single bet or game round is ৳500,000 unless a higher limit is specifically advertised for a particular jackpot game or tournament. Cumulative winnings from a single session are not subject to a separate cap beyond this per-event limit.

9. Responsible Gaming

Where changes are material, 97hi77 will provide at least seven (7) days' notice by publishing the updated terms on this page and, where practicable, by notifying registered players via email. 14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 97hi77 operates.
